LVT Floor Cleaning & Sealing Pittsburgh PA | Hotel Carpet Cleaning

Floors were installed in this area of the hotel about 7 months ago. They were attracting a lot of dirt so the company wanted us to deep clean the LVT floors to return them to original condition. We then added a few coats of sealer to provide some filling of the grooves to ensure easy upkeep for the housekeepers.

We deep scrubbed the floors with a buffer and our all natural organic pre spray. Once they were scrubbed up we then vacuumed the slurry and then thoroughly rinsed with neutral floor cleaner.

Once floors were dry we applied coats of a high solids sealer. We then moved furniture back to original spot. Clients were very happy with the service and we will follow up in 30 days to see how floors are holding up to suggest a maintenance program.
