Under new ownership, this daycare center in shadyside Pittsburgh pa floors were brought back to life. After decades of neglect the vct flooring at this location was at the point of replacing. Thankfully we were able to bring the life back to these floors and save the new owners from having yo replace all the floors.

We stripped the wax that was still left on the floors and closets, mostly on the corners and edges. We then sanded the scuff marks and minor scratches out of the tile to prep for finish. We then added multiple coats of high solids finish until we got the results as seen below.
