White Berber carpet was trashed from previous carpet cleaning company that left soap residue in the carpets. Berber and looped carpet is most effected by soap residue as it gets trapped under the loops and attracts dirt like a magnet.
We treated the entire area with our powerful organic cleaner. We then power scrubbed the carpets. Then we used our HWE method with our truck mounted steam cleaner. Results where amazing and customer was very pleased.
